About GTA Events
What is GTA Events?
GTA Events is a free directory of business networking events across the Greater Toronto Area. It exists so business owners and professionals can find the events that match their goals without checking a dozen chamber and organizer websites. Listing an event is free, and there are no pay-to-play placements.
How events get here
Listings come from two sources: we crawl the public event pages of GTA organizers (chambers of commerce, business groups, and community organizations) on a daily schedule, and organizers submit events directly. Every submission is reviewed by a person before it is published, and crawled listings that look inconsistent are held back for review instead of going live.
Who runs it
GTA Events is built and operated by Reyem Tech, a Toronto-area software consultancy. The directory is a community project: it is free to use, free to be listed in, and funded by Reyem Tech.
